Adventure Quest
Embark on a magical adventure quest through the Garden this winter. This self guided family tour takes about an hour to complete. Each completed quest wins a small prize.

Indigenous Art Prize
Papunya Tula Women

The Parliment of NSW Indigenous Art Prize is an acquisitive prize open to NSW Indigenous artists only. Only the third time the prize has been run, the Prize continues to recognise the high standard of Indigenous art in NSW.
Also, an exhibition of Papunya Tula Women's paintings from the early 1970's to the present day detailing the changing nature of the movement. Includes detailed historical information on the artists work and locations

Back to Back 14th Wool International Challenge 8.00am  start
Kurrajong Handspun Crafts have participated in this event for the past 3 years and in 2007 completed the sweater in 6 hours, 34 mins. - the 3rd fastest time in the world for 2007.  They won trophies for the fastest time in NSW and also for raising the most money for a participating team in the world in 2007. This world wide event has been held for 13 years and this year  a team from Canada had the fastest time.  Last year a team from Japan came first but the world record is still held (since 2004) by a team from Merriwa in NSW. The Turpentine Tree is a great venue - set in 10 acres of beautiful gardens.  Other attractions are:  Antique Machinery Display, various stalls, children's activities related to wool, and Fire Brigade breakfast & Sausage sizzle, craft stalls, cake stalls.
