A concert to celebrate 200 years since naming the five towns by Governor Macquarie.  This is a premier musical event not to be missed.

Macquarie Towns Proclamation Day
To commemorate the naming of the Five Macquarie Towns by Governor Lachlan Macquarie in 1810.
Be apart of the days celebrations starting with a march through the Mall at 10.30 and the firing of the Cannon Muskets  the Maryoral Reception at 11.00am in Thompson Square. Stay for a picnic lunch in Thompson Square and enjoy the entertainment.
