Is it just us or have others noticed that we appear to be in the midst of a knitting revolution? The art of knitting has certainly made a resurgence of late. There are social groups and guerilla groupls and then there is art! Knit one, purl one, knit one will explore the practice of artists who knit or are otherwise inspired and influenced by this traditional practice.

Toque Restaurant will be open for Christmas Day this year with two sittings. The first at 11.30am - 2.30pm and the second from 3.30pm to 6.30pm.
3 Course menu : Entree - Balmain Bug salad, poached Crystal Bay prawns, smoked salmon, garlic aioli & micro herbs
Main - Eight hour roast pork belly or slow roasted turkey breast, served with roasted root vegetables, cranberry, apple green beans and cider jus
Dessert - Boiled traditional Christmas pudding with hard sauce & bandy anglaise
